Today’s thoughts!!!!

Hey what’s up everybody? As I have said before what kind of company I have , I want to ask you guys if anybody knows what I can eat at my work to trigger my brain thinking I eat some sort of sugar but it’s not. I now I now I want to break down my brain from sugar during my cheat day. I want to start really soon with a diet when I’m working and it’s either before or after I go to the gym before or after work. I now I now that sounded confusing , sorry. My biggest obstacle is my stomach and I want to get rid off it. Please guys can anybody help me???   Just some few tips any ideas anything is really  appreciated. Love you guys see you guys tomorrow at the gym!!!! Good night 💤😘😴
