I’m setting my own goals , setting my own future.
I’m not worried for myself but I’m worried for the people in risk areas and elderly people.
Since the first day I started my workout and this journey I have done everything myself, I have picked up ideas from other people on social media and other channels.
I only used a pt on my first day, 40 minutes with a pt and after that I went my own way.
The only thing I’m trying to say with this is that regardless how much of a first timer your or a shy person that hesitate to go to the gym.
