My first weekly blog post

Hi guys what’s up today here’s my first weekly post this past Sunday i went to the gym and started building up a routine workout with the flex tower and the treadmill and the ski machine and shoulder press and both front and back side of legs.

I’m specifically happy about my idea with the treadmill . This Sunday I did 1 minute walk 1 minute jogging up to 19 minutes and at the last minute I split up 30 sec on both  with the last  30 being at least 2-2,5 gradient and 9,0 speed.  The only thing I wanna say is 😱 it was so great !!! So more of that will come!!! You guys have a great night
