My first day at the gym
Hi guys what’s up tonight? I’m sitting on my couch 🛋 and watching the biggest loser program , listening to the guys and gals talking about one common factor and it’s exactly what I felt the first day.
The first feeling that came to my mind was "what the hell am I doing here " , I could really feel in my head all the slim fit people in there thinking what’s that guy doing here ?.
Everyday sense my teenage years I have felt that I don’t belong in a gym because I didn’t do any sport activity at all in high school or any after school activity.
Like I have said before I only did 1 pt lesson with a great pt. And after that I decided to learn myself to do everything in my way.
I think that our everyday society is filled with stereotypes and conditions that people assume that when your are a overweight person that you get that hate against you.
All that name calling people can say about you , you just want to do something bad to that person. I was bullied in school because of my head and that I was fat. I really wanted to hurt my so called "friends " . I raised myself over that and started to build confidence.
I feel that you should start to listen to yourself and your mind , take control of your life, my motto for the last few years after a started to train is " I don’t care about what people say or think about me , I want to live my life like I want , I want to wear what ever I wanna wear. If you keep on listening to people around you , stop that ,
walk your own way follow your own path , your own path to a better lifestyle.
