I know my content on my Instagram is not what I usually post. This last 12 months have been the most psychologically and painful months ever.

Like I posted before about my biggest idol in my life my father passed away .
.
This summer my wife was diagnosed with cancer cells in here cervix . We are now done with her operation and we now have 5 years ahead of us .
.
I gave up my self employed business because with all of this there was nothing left inside of me
.
With this going against me I hope that next year 2020 will be a good year. Like they say in the movies when you hit rock bottom the only way is up.
